Issues with the threads as someone else pointed out. The rack is built solid however, i find that the equipment is not sitting right there are better racks out here in this price range. Not the worst rack, but there are better options.

For the price you can't beat it. It comes with its own screws so ignore the other review. It doesn't come with enough of them however!

All of the screw threads had to be re-bored to fit the screws that Apex sells separatly (m5 10-32 size). Poor quality in that regard but once done it's sturdy and looks like it will last.
Another bad thing is it won't sit completely vertical without more modification. I just removed the rails and am using them by them selves now.

Before settling on this rack, I've used several gator plastic racks and some wooden racks. I found that a lot of the times they take up too much room so I decided to try the open rack.
This particular model seemed reasonable with a nice low price tag.
When I received and put my preamp and multi-effect unit in, the rack was rock solid and not flimsy at all.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a compact studio rack!
