I've tried to use microphone grill replacements designed for other mics, but they didn't fit the Shur 58 well at all. The new grill looks a lot better then my "original" grill that is now all dented and caked with "beer-crumbs". If you have a dented or discolored mic grill, I highly recommend this replacement. It's 10 bucks well spent.
