C’est à l’âge de sept ans que Camille eut un coup de cœur pour le violon et débuta l’apprentissage de cet instrument dans une école d’Amos, en Abitibi. Sa passion l’amena, lorsqu’elle était au secondaire, à s’inscrire au Conservatoire de Musique de Val-d'Or et ensuite à poursuivre ses études à Québec, au Cégep de Sainte-Foy. Elle est présentement à l'Université Laval où elle a obtenue son baccalauréat en violon en 2021 (interprétation classique) dans la classe de Brett Molzan, violoniste du Quatuor Arthur-Leblanc. 

En plus d'être active dans plusieurs ensembles depuis son jeune âge (orchestres, quatuor, duo et trio), Camille enseigne le violon depuis 2013 et le piano depuis 2016 dans plusieurs écoles d’Abitibi et du Québec.

Camille détient un DEC en Interprétation en chant Pop/Jazz du Collège Lionel-Groulx. Depuis ses 9 ans, elle a participé à plusieurs événements tels que le Festival des Arts de Cuba Las Romieras De Mayo, Jamais Trop Tôt du Festival International de la Chanson de Granby et plusieurs autres. Camille a aussi été gagnante régionale du concours Secondaire en Spectacle. Pour ajouter une corde à son arc, elle est engagée en tant que chanteuse, depuis ses débuts au cégep, pour plusieurs évènements corporatifs. Camille a l’habitude de jouer en groupe autant qu’en solo. Elle maîtrise plusieurs styles tels que le Pop, le RnB et le Jazz. Camille enseigne depuis 2014.

Camille holds a DEC in Pop/Jazz Singing Performance from Lionel-Groulx College. From the age of 9, she has participated in several events such as the Festival des Arts de Cuba Las Romieras De Mayo, Jamais Trop Tôt du Festival International de la Chanson de Granby and many others. Camille was also the regional winner of the Secondaire en Spectacle contest. Furthermore, she has been hired as a singer for several corporate events since her CEGEP days. Camille has experience playing in groups as well as solo. She masters several styles such as Pop, RnB and Jazz. Camille has been teaching since 2014.

Cansu Yeni began her music life professionally at the age of 13. Her career was kickstarted with the piano and the viola in a specialized music program in high school, which was followed by her education in the Musicology Department at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University State Conservatory in Istanbul, Turkey. She has been giving piano lessons since 2011, while she also worked as a music publisher. She loves the connection between music and law, as well as education! While Cansu was teaching in Istanbul, she prepared her students for Trinity College London and London College of Music exams. She gave music consultancy for several pianists and music schools for their piano method books regarding musicology and music publishing contents. Cansu believes that “when we understand the language of music, we are able to love and perform it at any age”. Carlene graduated from the University of Calgary with a B.Mus in 2016 and a B.Ed in 2019, and has over 10 years of teaching experience and 20 years of performance experience on both piano and clarinet. Recently, she has had the opportunity to perform for the University of Calgary’s School of Creative and Performing Arts anniversary celebration at the Jack Singer Concert Hall in downtown Calgary. Calgary native Carlos Tinoco is in his second year at UOttawa in the PhD interdisciplinary research in music program. Throughout his bachelors and masters in saxophone performance at the UCalgary, Carlos had extensive performance experience both as a member and as a soloist, performing in 4 different countries and winning 3 international competitions. As a performer who experienced some of the challenges of maintaining efficient and healthy performance practices, Carlos’ focus shifted to include musicians’ health and wellness. Her teaching career began while leading a cadet program of 50 musicians for several years, which allowed her to develop a keen ability to adapt to all kinds of learning styles.

Charlie Glasspool is passionate about music education! He holds an Honours B.A. With Distinction from Western and a B.Ed. from Windsor. In his youth he studied with the Royal Conservatory of Music and completed his Grade 9 Piano and Grade 3 Harmony and Grade 3 History achieving First Class Honours With Distinction. For many years he has directed an award-winning concert band and music program at Macphail Memorial Elementary School in Flesherton, Ontario. During this time, he received the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Education. Chip joined the RCAF in 1973. In 1986 he decided he needed a career change and in 1986 enrolled in the Volunteer Musician Program at 14 Wing Canadian Forces Base, studying saxophone there until 1989 when he was transferred to 22 Wing CFB North Bay. Chip continued his studies at the Canadian Forces School of Music and did Basic Improvisation & Keyboard Method & Theory through Berklee College of Music. He was appointed Director of the 22 Wing CFB North Bay in 1998 and served there until 2016. He was the Ensemble Director and Saxophone Instructor for the Nipissing University Applied Music Programme. Chip has performed with the Central Band of The Canadian Forces, 8 Wing CFB Trenton, The Continentals Big Band, Nightshift Dance Band and still performs with the After Hours Jazz Combo and the 22 Wing Military Band.
